These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Progenética LLC website, which sells bovine, caprine and ovine semen and embryos. Generalities

1. Eligibility and Use This Site is available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering into contracts. By using the Site, you certify that you meet these requirements and agree to be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
