About Noel Castillo
Noel Castillo, founder of Progenetica LLC, studied Agricultural Management with an emphasis on Aquaculture. After completing his university studies in Nicaragua, Noel took over the family cattle business. Years later, he studied bovine genetics in the United States, and in 2001, he founded Progenetica de Nicaragua.
2006
Studies embryo production and transfer in the United States.
Participates in a Brahman cattle judging course with ASOCEBU in Colombia.


2008
Starts Aprizco Via Ines dedicated to Saanen goat breeding, being a pioneer in goat insemination in Nicaragua, managing a herd of 300 heads, and marketing goats nationally.
2015
Noel is invited to participate in an export operation from Brazil to Turkey that involved 22,000 heads of cattle, the largest shipment of live cattle at that time.



Noel's career highlights his unwavering commitment to innovation and excellence in cattle and goat genetics and international marketing, demonstrating his dedication and pioneering vision in the sector.
2019 - Present
In 2019, Progenetica is founded in Florida, United States.
Currently, Progenética is venturing into the breeding of Senepol cattle through its La Macarena farm located in Marianna, Florida. This has allowed not only the expansion into new markets but also the ability to offer exceptional cattle in a direct manner.
